Welcome to my website, I am so happy to have you here!
A little backstory; I was born and raised in Drumheller, Alberta and am now raising my own family here. I am blessed to have a husband who supports all my creative dreams and three daughters who I hope to have follow in my florist footsteps. I’ve been working as a florist since I graduated high school and started my own floral business in 2020. I wanted to create my own brand to have the freedom to design in my own way. I started working out of my garage but quickly outgrew the space and started a storefront called “Local Flower Shop” nine months after launching. The store- It was dreamy and everything I had ever hoped it would be but it was also overwhelming and very demanding.. After a year and a half we closed the doors and I started back at freelancing. That is when “Locality Floral Design” was created as a spin off from the store. I really enjoy freelancing as it gives me the freedom to take on big projects while still enjoying life with my family.
As for my designing- I have a modern style of designing and always stay up to date with floral trends. My design style would be best described as free flowing and garden style. I hope you like my work!
